About this role
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist at VitalCaring, you will evaluate patients' functional status and develop personalized treatment plans to help them regain independence and improve their daily functions. Your role involves collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, providing therapeutic interventions, and documenting care accurately. You will also supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and participate in care coordination and communication with the healthcare team.

What you need
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current registration with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
