What you need
- 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with complex electromechanical or fluid systems
- Hands-on welding experience or strong knowledge of weld processes and inspection methods
- Cryogenics experience with liquid nitrogen or similar systems
- Experience developing inspection and qualification plans for mechanical or fluid systems
- Strong quality systems background including ISO 9001 practices and PFMEA
- Familiarity with weld quality standards and NDE acceptance criteria

- Familiarity with Turbo-Brayton cryogenic technologies
- Experience with controls/instrumentation integration
- Quality certifications such as ASQ CQE/CQA or Six Sigma Black Belt
