What you need
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, or similar hands-on technical delivery role
- Strong working knowledge of data protection, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery concepts and technologies
- Experience designing and implementing solutions across virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and enterprise storage
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into detailed technical designs and execute those designs in production environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) or higher-level Veeam certification
- Additional certifications in virtualization, cloud, or storage technologies (e.g., VCP, Azure/AWS certifications)
- Experience delivering infrastructure or product Health Check assessments
- Experience working within a Professional Services organization at a technology vendor or partner
- Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, REST API) to support repeatable deployment practices.
