What you need

  • 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, or similar hands-on technical delivery role
  • Strong working knowledge of data protection, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery concepts and technologies
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions across virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and enterprise storage
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into detailed technical designs and execute those designs in production environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) or higher-level Veeam certification
  • Additional certifications in virtualization, cloud, or storage technologies (e.g., VCP, Azure/AWS certifications)
  • Experience delivering infrastructure or product Health Check assessments
  • Experience working within a Professional Services organization at a technology vendor or partner
  • Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, REST API) to support repeatable deployment practices.
