About this role
As a People Coordinator at VaynerMedia, you will be the operational backbone of the People & Experience team, ensuring that HR systems and employee processes run smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, providing first-line employee support, and handling data reporting. You will also assist with payroll inputs and support employee relations issues, all while fostering a positive employee experience.
