About this role
As an Avionics Test Technician II at Vast, you will be responsible for building and commissioning test systems for avionics and associated electronics hardware. Your daily tasks will include operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining testing equipment, as well as supporting various test campaigns. What you need
- 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, test, operations, aerospace industry, or other relevant role
- 2+ years of experience using electronics equipment (e.g. programmable power supplies, DMMs, oscilloscopes, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience using basic mechanical and/or electronics hand tools
- High School Diploma or equivalency certificate
- Basic comprehension of electrical principles and wiring concepts including electrical safety
- Proficient with computers and the ability to use MS Office and Google Workspace.

- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with product testing
- Experience with relevant aerospace testing standards (SMC-S-016, etc.)
