About this role

As an Avionics Test Technician II at Vast, you will be responsible for building and commissioning test systems for avionics and associated electronics hardware. What you need

  • 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing, test, operations, aerospace industry, or other relevant role
  • 2+ years of experience using electronics equipment (e.g. programmable power supplies, DMMs, oscilloscopes, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience using basic mechanical and/or electronics hand tools
  • High School Diploma or equivalency certificate
  • Basic comprehension of electrical principles and wiring concepts including electrical safety
  • Proficient with computers and the ability to use MS Office and Google Workspace.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with product testing
  • Experience with relevant aerospace testing standards (SMC-S-016, etc.)
