What you need
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience of direct patient care or community behavioral health experience or successful completion of Vail Health’s Behavioral Health Technician competencies
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- High-school diploma or GED required
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary computer skills within 90 days
- Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English
Nice to have
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification from Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or Therapeutic Options™ training preferred
