- Demonstrated experience managing or overseeing patient accounts, billing, accounts receivable follow up, denials, cash posting, claims processing, revenue recovery, vendor relationships, and operational improvement initiatives
- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing, Epic Revenue Cycle Administration, Epic Cogito, or HFMA certification
