What you need
- High School degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical, or supply chain discipline preferred)
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or supplier-facing roles in a high product complexity environment, such as Space, Aerospace, Defense, or Medical
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Understanding of engineering models and drawings (basic GD&T knowledge)
- Familiarity with quality documentation, discrepancy reporting, and/or deviation/waiver processes
- Strong understanding of AS9102 requirements and First Article Inspection (FAI) processes
Nice to have
- Excellent in-person and written communication skills
- Experience managing projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- 3 years of experience in inspection, supplier quality, manufacturing engineering, or similar technical role
- Space industry or other high-reliability industry experience
- Familiarity with project and data management tools, such as MS Project, MS Excel, PLM/ERP systems, Wrike, or Github
