About this role
As a Senior Payroll Specialist focused on Taxes & Special Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll tax compliance and reporting. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing tax filing activities, ensuring accurate calculations, and resolving inquiries from employees and regulatory agencies. Additionally, you will support special projects and assist with tax registrations for client onboarding in new jurisdictions.

What you need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll tax experience
- Required experience with ADP SmartCompliance, ADP Registration Services, iReports, Late Original Filing, and PQA
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with payroll or tax systems
