What you need
- 8+ years of experience in marketing technology with at least 4 years in healthcare environments
- Deep expertise with CRM platforms in healthcare settings (Salesforce Health Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics Healthcare, Epic Cheers or similar)
- Extensive experience with EMR/EHR systems integration (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, or other major platforms)
- Proven track record of working within HIPAA-compliant environments
- Proficiency in creating detailed system architecture diagrams and technical documentation
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, multi-system implementations across multiple clients

- Experience with call tracking platforms and phone system integrations (CallRail, DialogTech, Invoca, or similar)
- Knowledge of patient scheduling systems and appointment management platforms
- Understanding of patient portal technologies and their integration requirements
