What you need
- B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a closely related field
- 7+ years of minimum lab experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably regulated, or equivalent education and experience
- Strong background in molecular biology techniques including PCR, DNA/protein purification, DNA quantification, and cell-based cloning
- Thorough experience operating liquid handlers such as Hamiltons and Tecans, and other semi-automated/automated lab equipment
- Experience with sample tracking software such as LIMS/MES systems, especially when integrated with liquid-handling robots
- Experience working within an ISO, GMP, LEAN manufacturing environment
Nice to have
- Experience with lab automation at scale in a high-throughput manufacturing setting
- Experience with variant library construction workflows
- Experience using MES systems in addition to LIMS
