What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or relevant work experience

  • Experience with MIL-STD testing protocols for electronics such as MIL-STD-202, MIL-STD-883, or MIL-STD-1540/1541
  • Hands-on experience implementing lean methodologies at supplier or manufacturing sites
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts, cable/harness drawings, and BOMs

Nice to have

  • IPC Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) or IPC Trainer (CIT) certification in IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001
  • Space-technology electronics supply chain or flight hardware development experience
  • Experience with power electronics testing including DC-DC converters and battery management systems
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Technical fluency in PCBA fabrication and assembly processes
