What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
- 4+ years of HR generalist experience, including recruiting in a manufacturing, warehouse/distribution, or similar environment
- Bilingual: English/Spanish
- Working knowledge of HR practices, payroll administration, benefits compliance, and applicable employment laws, including ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, and workers’ compensation requirements
- Experience using HRIS and payroll systems; proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
