About this role
As a Security Concierge at Titan Security, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service at the front desk of the Willis Tower in Downtown Chicago. Your duties will include assisting visitors with directions, maintaining administrative logs, controlling access for tenants and vendors, and recording incident data. What you need
