What you need
- 5-8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on backend systems hosted in cloud (AWS strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)

- Successfully supported 3-5+ concurrent technical initiatives to completion
