About this role
As the Teamlead Onsite IT Operations, you will oversee the stable, secure, and service-oriented IT operations at various locations while leading the onsite IT team both technically and disciplinarily. Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring smooth IT support, managing team capacity and priorities, and collaborating closely with the Service Desk and other internal and external partners to maintain high availability of systems and consistent standards.
