What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6 - 8+ years of progressive experience in data strategy, product management, data governance, or technology leadership roles, with demonstrated ownership of enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Proven track record leading complex data and analytics programs, including cloud data platforms, data lakes, governance frameworks, and cross-functional transformation efforts.
- Strong understanding of privacy, regulatory, and compliance requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, consent management, and responsible data practices.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, drive organizational change, and scale processes, capabilities, and teams to support evolving business needs.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting fan, customer, or consumer-centric organizations, with knowledge of engagement strategies, audience development, and lifecycle marketing preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging enterprise data and marketing technology platforms, including AWS Redshift, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
- Master’s degree or higher in statistics, data science, computer science, or other data related fields preferred.
