What you need
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years dedicated Rights & Clearances or Archival Producing experience
- Foundational understanding of third‑party rights, licensing, and clearances
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong problem‑solving ability; resourceful and proactive

- Experience in post‑production or within a similar archival/rights/clearances environment
- Experience with AirTable or similar systems
- Experience navigating and interpreting EDLs
- Proven negotiation experience with major archives, stock footage/photo libraries, and independent rights holders
