- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage 40 to 50+ high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Experience working with various recruitment platforms including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and HireVue
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment law as well as corporate recruitment processes
