About this role
As a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician at N2 Company, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing printing equipment to ensure smooth operations in the Print Shop. What you need
- 1-3 years of experience repairing or maintaining heavy machinery, packaging equipment, printing equipment, or similar equipment
- Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical diagrams and equipment manuals
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning maintenance and diagnostic software
- Clear communication of equipment issues and repair updates with team leads and management
- Availability to work 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM, with occasional additional hours for major repairs or emergencies
- Completion of required background, motor vehicle, and drug screenings

- Experience working with HP PageWide, HP Indigo, Hunkeler, Muller Martini, Standard Horizon, or similar printing and finishing equipment
- Familiarity with 5S, quick changeovers, or other methods used to improve equipment efficiency
- Experience troubleshooting PLCs, sensors, drives, pneumatic systems, or hydraulic systems
- Experience using CMMS software, AR/VR diagnostic tools, or digital printing systems
- Enjoy finding ways to reduce equipment downtime and improve production processes
