  • Strong marketer mindset with a willingness to work directly in the platforms, tools, workflows, and execution details that drive performance
  • Deep understanding of experimentation strategy, segmentation, targeting, personalization, and lifecycle optimization

  • Prior people management is not required, but experience mentoring, coaching, or helping develop other marketers is a plus
