About this role
The Access & Reimbursement Manager will work in the field to support patient access by educating healthcare providers on payer requirements and reimbursement processes. This role involves developing territory access plans, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing in-person education on access services and reimbursement solutions related to cardiovascular products. The ARM will also monitor payer policies and trends, document activities in a CRM, and ensure compliance with established guidelines.

What you need
- 3+ years of experience in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales (Specialty or Biologics)
- 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 3-4 days a week, with overnights as needed
- Strong business acumen and analytic capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of medical insurance terminology
- Valid Driver’s License
