About this role
The Process Control Systems Specialist at the City of Fort Worth will be responsible for programming, configuring, maintaining, and integrating PLC and DCS systems for municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities. The role involves troubleshooting, calibration, and system administration of SCADA systems, as well as assisting in project planning and design related to control systems. The specialist will also create electrical wiring diagrams and participate in system control design and implementation.

What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Instrumentation Engineering Technology, or a related field
- Five years of experience in PLC/DCS programming and maintenance in water/wastewater treatment
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Ability to pass Drug Screen and Physical Screening
