  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Commercial/Industrial HVAC, controls installation, construction environment
  • Experience with large mechanical projects, HVAC equipment, preferably with large central plants (chillers, boilers, etc.), and controls
  • Ability to pass and maintain background checks for access into primary schools, universities, etc.
  • OSHA 10/30 certification
  • CPR & First Aid Certification
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

  • Knowledge and proficient in project management software (PlanGrid, BIM360, Procore)
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
