What you need
- Experience as a Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar customer-facing technical role focused on AI/ML software and hardware.
- Strong Python programming skills and deep familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience designing scalable AI solutions and deploying applications in cloud environments.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites for installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, vision models, model deployment, training, or fine-tuning.
- Experience with C++, CUDA, parallel programming, or kernel development.
- Languages proficiency: English, Mandarin, and Malay.
