What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, business partnering, or a related finance role
- Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional leaders in a matrixed environment
- Solid working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information to non-finance audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent certification
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other highly regulated industries
- Experience in a publicly listed organization and familiarity with SOX
- Working knowledge of ERP and consolidation systems (SAP, NetSuite, OneStream preferred)
