What you need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 8+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance engineering, asset management, maintenance planning, or CMMS administration
- Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms such as MRI Angus, Maximo, SAP PM, eMaint, or equivalent systems
- Experience with reliability methodologies including FMEA, RCM, RCFA, criticality analysis, predictive maintenance, and condition monitoring programs
- Strong understanding of facility infrastructure and critical building systems, including HVAC, chilled water, hot water, steam, compressed air, electrical distribution, central utility plants, and building automation systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Nice to have
- Reliability-focused certifications such as CMRP, CRL, CRE, or equivalent
- Experience supporting facility operations within regulated environments, including GMP, GxP, biotech, pharmaceutical, or laboratory facilities
- Knowledge of NFPA 70B electrical maintenance practices, industry standards, and facility reliability best practices
