What you need
- 5-7+ years of direct, hands-on experience in investor onboarding for an alternative investment manager
- Experience onboarding investors into funds with private equity, venture capital, real estate, private debt, and/or infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience using digital subscription and onboarding platforms such as Anduin, SUBSCRIBE, Goji, or comparable systems
- Strong working knowledge of subscription documentation, investor questionnaires, AML/KYC requirements, and global jurisdictional considerations
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex onboarding processes concurrently in a deadline-driven environment
- Track record of process improvement, with experience leveraging technology, automation, and AI to enhance operational efficiency
