The Senior Operations Research Analyst will support NATO's Allied Command Transformation by conducting operational analysis to inform capability development decisions. What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or equivalent quantitative degree
- 5+ years of Operations Research/Operational Analysis experience in relevant military, strategic, political or international environment
- Minimum two examples in the last 10 years in military Operations Research/Operational Analysis/Data Science
- Experience designing and facilitating structured stakeholder engagements
- Experience determining Operations Research/Operational Analysis requirements and delivering high-quality outputs
- Experience developing data collection and analysis plans including measures of effectiveness and performance

- Experience using AI to support Operational Analysis
