What you need
- At least 10 years of professional experience in Communication Information & Systems (CIS) Delivery within the Defence environment
- Proven track record of Project/Programme/Portfolio management leading complex IS projects
- Experience with Agile methodologies and the PRINCE2 method
- Production of focused programme plans and risk management skills
- Good financial acumen and budget management experience
- Information Systems development experience including requirements capture and documentation
Nice to have
- Proven knowledge of UK MOD National Armaments Director Group – Digital & Data
- Experience in the design, delivery and service management of networked static/deployable command and control systems
- Practical experience in the operational or technical use of CIS systems and software supported by NCI Agency
