- Master of Science (MSc) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in a relevant field with 5 years of related experience

- Knowledge and experience of Account Management in a relevant organization
- Proven ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Experience in the management and preparation of service proposals
- Proven experience in the use of computer-based support tools, especially Microsoft Office
