What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in construction project management, preferably on electrical, industrial, data-center, substation, or energy-storage projects

- 7+ years of construction project management experience on large-scale electrical infrastructure (substations, data centers, BESS, industrial power)

- Familiarity with jurisdictional permitting, utility interconnection, and inspection processes
- Working knowledge of electrical systems: high-voltage substations, transformers, switchgear, BESS, UPS, generators, and low-voltage data-center distribution
