What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, electrical, chemical, materials science, or other engineering discipline
- 5+ years of equipment, manufacturing, or process engineering experience
- Hands-on installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and supplier management experience
Nice to have
- Experience in investment casting or related high-temperature/precision processes
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, controls, automation, and facilities
- Direct experience with VIM furnaces, ceramic/wax injection, kilns/ovens, autoclaves, dip lines, or related equipment
- Experience integrating equipment with MES and plant networks
- Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent problem-solving experience
