What you need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in electrical construction, power systems engineering, substations, industrial/manufacturing electrical infrastructure, BESS, or facilities electrical management
- Ability to work at elevated heights (200+ feet) and around energized/high-voltage equipment (with proper training and PPE)
- Valid driver’s license

- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, contractor management, safety programs, and quality control for high-voltage and industrial electrical work

- Working knowledge of electrical systems: high-voltage substations, transformers, switchgear, BESS, UPS, generators, and low-voltage industrial/facility distribution
