What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing and improving KPI frameworks and carrier performance management programs.
- 5+ years of experience leading sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnership management.
- 5+ years of proven people management experience, including leading, developing, and supporting logistics teams.

- Strong background in 3PL/4PL management, freight forwarding and ocean/air/domestic, with proven ability to manage and leverage relationships to scale operations, accelerate solution delivery, and drive strong network performance.
