What you need
- 4+ years of experience managing inbound and outbound shipping operations, fulfillment, or transportation in a manufacturing or production environment
- 3+ years of experience overseeing carrier performance, on-time delivery, and logistics KPIs
- 3+ years of people management experience, including leading and developing logistics or shipping teams
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field or 5+ years of experience in the field of logistics and supply chain
- Experience managing domestic and international shipments, including customs and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to track performance and drive improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, and Operations teams
- Demonstrated experience coordinating logistics support for production ramps or manufacturing operations
