What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management with 1+ years of experience in construction projects, or 5+ years of commercial construction experience in lieu of degree
- Ability to manage priorities and multiple projects at once with minimal guidance
- Valid driver's license
Nice to have
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations
- Proficiency in calculating percent grade, calculating volumes, and establishing and using site benchmarks
- Experience in performing topographic, construction staking, and as-builts using GPS and/or total station equipment
- Experience installing civil infrastructure such as utilities, and structural concrete
- Experience with project management of major construction projects including estimating, cost control, schedule, and contractor management
