What you need
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of EHS experience, including at least 2 years in a high-hazard industrial manufacturing environment subject to Process Safety Management (PSM) requirements
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
- Experience conducting incident investigations, root cause analyses, safety audits, hazard assessments, and risk assessments
- Experience managing chemical inventory systems, SDS administration, hazardous materials, and hazardous waste programs
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety standards
Nice to have
- Current HAZWOPER 40-hour certification and DOT hazardous waste training
- Experience with EHS management platforms such as VelocityEHS, Cority, SAM, or similar systems
- Experience with hazardous waste profiling, manifest review, and waste management processes
- Experience supporting Emergency Response Teams (ERT), emergency management programs, or incident command activities
- Familiarity with OSHA process safety management (29 CFR 1910.119)
