  • Strong analytical judgment and comfort using performance data to diagnose opportunities, develop recommendations, and communicate outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-presentation skills, including experience leading business reviews and crafting clear, compelling partner-facing materials

  • Experience designing or executing lifecycle marketing, employee communications, webinars, events, or multi-channel engagement campaigns

  • Experience working in fintech, banking, payments, or another regulated financial-services environment
