- TS/SCI eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline OR relevant experience can be substituted for a degree

- 10+ years of management/supervision experience in aviation/maritime-related operations, logistics, or engineering fields/programs
- Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management certification, or ability to complete PMP requirements within 6 months of onboarding
- Experience with SOF operations preferred
