What you need

Degree in Education, Adult Education, Psychology, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in adult education
At least 3 years of experience in designing and creating training and learning materials
Very good didactic and conceptual skills as well as knowledge of modern learning methods and instructional design approaches
Experience with digital learning formats, LMS systems, and common authoring tools
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
Fluent in German and very good English skills

Nice to have

Experience in adult education, training, e-learning, or a GMP-regulated environment
Strong communication and moderation skills
