What you need
- Hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Must be a licensed pharmacist in Washington
- Completion of a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency or PGY1 Residency with at least 1 year of ambulatory practice under a Collaborative Practice Agreement (CPA) or at least 3 years of ambulatory practice with disease state management
- Strong communication, organization, and tech skills

- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
