  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate service, inventory, cost, margin, and commercial trade-offs.

  • Master’s degree or MBA.
  • Experience leading CPFR or customer supply-chain operations across multiple brands, categories, channels, or large seasonal portfolios.
  • Experience with advanced analytics, predictive forecasting, Power BI, SQL, workflow automation, or AI-enabled decision tools.
  • Experience with Direct Import, global supply networks, production or capacity planning, and complex product-launch execution.
  • Experience building a CPFR center of excellence, standardized operating model, or cross-functional transformation program.
