About this role

The Director of Legal Operations at Scopely will lead the Legal Operations function, establishing strategies and frameworks to enhance the efficiency of the global Legal department. This role involves managing the Sr. Manager of Legal Operations, overseeing technology implementations, and ensuring the quality and impact of legal processes. What you need

  • Direct experience with Ironclad, contract analytics, legal knowledge platforms, or similar tools
  • Experience with post-acquisition Legal technology integrations, data migrations, or operating-model integration
  • Experience managing outside counsel, legal vendors, e-billing, matter management, or Legal department spend
  • Experience developing responsible-use standards or governance frameworks for AI in a Legal or regulated environment
