About this role

The Director of Legal Operations at Scopely will lead the Legal Operations function, establishing strategies and frameworks to enhance the efficiency of the global Legal department.   • Direct experience with Ironclad, contract analytics, legal knowledge platforms, or similar tools
  • Experience with post-acquisition Legal technology integrations, data migrations, or operating-model integration
  • Experience managing outside counsel, legal vendors, e-billing, matter management, or Legal department spend
  • Experience developing responsible-use standards or governance frameworks for AI in a Legal or regulated environment
