What you need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Insurance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–3 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience, preferably within Commercial Insurance
- Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating business requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
Nice to have
- Experience working with Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira, or similar project and requirements management tools
- Experience reverse engineering business processes, system functionality, or requirements documentation
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, SQL, or other technical concepts used in software development environments
- Experience working within Agile development teams and methodologies
- Experience supporting insurance product implementations, enhancements, or operational transformation initiatives
