What you need
- 5+ years proven track record in hiring, building and leading high-caliber product engineering teams
- 8+ years of software development experience with deep technical knowledge and expertise in building high availability, large-scale distributed systems and services
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, plus 10+ years of experience or equivalent; Master's degree preferred

- Experience with modern cloud-based video processing platforms, e.g. AWS Elemental or Azure Media Services
- Video Streaming domain knowledge, experience with media formats, e.g. DASH, HLS, CMAF, MPEG-4, etc., and DRM technologies such as Widevine and Fairplay
- Experience with Ad insertion technologies and frameworks is a big plus!
- Experience in Connected TV environments – with understanding of the unique technical constraints and requirements of this space is a big plus
- Demonstrable GenAI fluency and in actively using Agentic AI engineering tools to accelerate product development
