  • 5+ years proven track record in hiring, building and leading high-caliber product engineering teams
  • 8+ years of software development experience with deep technical knowledge and expertise in building high availability, large-scale distributed systems and services

  • Experience with modern cloud-based video processing platforms, e.g. AWS Elemental or Azure Media Services
  • Video Streaming domain knowledge, experience with media formats, e.g. DASH, HLS, CMAF, MPEG-4, etc., and DRM technologies such as Widevine and Fairplay
  • Experience with Ad insertion technologies and frameworks is a big plus!
  • Experience in Connected TV environments – with understanding of the unique technical constraints and requirements of this space is a big plus
  • Demonstrable GenAI fluency and in actively using Agentic AI engineering tools to accelerate product development
