About this role

As a Test and Launch Operations Engineer I at Rocket Lab, you will operate the Electron and Neutron launch vehicles from the control room, overseeing all phases of integrated systems testing and launch operations. Your responsibilities include executing test sequences, monitoring ground systems data, making critical decisions, and managing ground support systems during countdowns and launches. You will also support the development and testing of launch pad infrastructure and improve human-machine interfaces for ground control systems.
