What you need
- 6+ years of experience in Intelligent Automation/RPA, preferably with UiPath (UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and enterprise-scale automation implementations)
- Experience owning solution architecture and technical design for complex, scalable automation solutions
- Solid understanding of APIs, SQL, Git/version control, and software engineering best practices
- Working knowledge of automation testing practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment governance
- Experience leading and mentoring automation engineering teams, including distributed or global teams
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior/executive and international stakeholders
Nice to have
- UiPath certifications such as Advanced Developer, Solution Architect, Infrastructure Engineer, Test Automation Engineer, or Agentic Automation certifications
- Experience with Power Automate and/or Automation Anywhere
- Pre-sales, proposal development, technical sales support, and solution estimation experience
- Experience with Agentic AI, AI Center, Action Center, or AI-powered automation solutions
- Experience building AI solutions using Microsoft, GCP, Lang ecosystem, n8n, or similar platforms
