What you need

2+ years of experience in IT systems administration, service desk operations, or a related technical role
Hands-on experience writing and maintaining automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash)
Hands-on experience administering or supporting enterprise identity, collaboration, and productivity platforms such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams
Demonstrated experience adapting or troubleshooting existing automation, scripts, or workflows
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity
Demonstrated hands-on use of AI coding tools

Nice to have

3+ years of experience in IT automation, systems engineering, or a DevOps-adjacent role
Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Linux+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent scripting/automation certifications
