What you need
- BS/BA degree in Environmental Health & Safety, industrial hygiene, occupational safety, environmental science, engineering, life sciences, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred
- At least 18 years of progressively responsible EHS experience in the global pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated experience leading EHS for a multinational pharmaceutical company
- At least 10 years of people-leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience managing EHS for a worldwide, mobile, and field-based workforce
- Deep knowledge of U.S. EHS requirements and international EHS regulatory frameworks
Nice to have
- MA/MS, MBA, or other relevant advanced degree
- Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent
- Experience implementing global EHS management systems aligned with recognized standards
- Experience engaging with global regulators and external assurance partners
- Working knowledge of leading ESG and sustainability frameworks
